TOBIAS DÜSING
PRODUCER & HEAD OF POSTPRODUCTION
Born on the island of Sylt, I grew up behind the bar of my family’s establishment, which showed me the importance of long-lasting customer relationships early on.
After finishing school, I moved to Berlin to study Applied Media Science. I worked as a freelance director and producer for various brands before focusing on post-production and joining the congaz visual media company in 2011, where I worked as Head of Production and Deputy CEO until late 2019.
In the last ten years, I have produced a wide range of international media projects, from TV commercials to global automotive product launches.
My focus centres on holistic consulting, including planning processes, budget and feasibility. I thrive on finding innovative solutions to creative challenges, whatever the constraints.

ELISA GIARDINI
PRODUCER & LEGAL CONSULTANT
Born in Pesaro, I graduated in Law at the University of Bologna. After becoming a lawyer, I started working in production. I produced the feature film “In a Lonely Place” (2016), the documentary “In Defence of Sacred Images” (2018), and the short movie “La Fellinette” (2020), the winner of the special price 75 at Nastri D’Argento 2021. I am currently in charge of the production of Meclimone Produzioni Cinematografiche. I am also a consultant for national and regional funds, and for budgeting and scheduling for short movies, documentaries and feature films.
In every type of production, from commercials to feature film I directly follow every phase tied to the development. I organise the shooting, I coordinate the work of the crew, and I deal with every single logistical problem.
MARIA DÜSING
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Born in St. Petersburg to a family of artists, I started drawing the moment I could hold a pen. Taking dance and music lessons helped me to realise that I wanted to create things that engage and entertain people.
After moving to Germany, I studied Communication Arts and Time-Based Media at the University of Fine Arts in Braunschweig, with a focus on film. After completing my Master’s degree, I embarked on a variety of projects across different sectors, including advertising, fashion and music videos, and visual concepts for exhibitions and trade fairs.
In 2014, I joined congaz, where I was Creative Director until the end of 2019. Those five years saw me develop ideas and concepts for all kinds of media projects – from the first page to the finishing touches.
Distinctive ideas and state-of-the-art creations form the core of my practice.

DAVIDE MONTECCHI
DIRECTOR & PRODUCER
Born in Cesenatico, I graduated with a thesis on the director Peter Greenaway from Dams in Bologna. In 2008 I moved to New York, the city where I have returned for long periods over the years, working as a music video director and editor. I have attended courses and seminars with Alexandr Sokurov, Peter Greenaway and Tonino Guerra.
In 2013, after years of work in the sector, I founded my own production company, Meclimone Produzioni Cinematografiche, based in Rimini. I produced my first feature film, the thriller “In a Lonely Place”, hailed by critics as one of the most promising debuts of 2017. In 2018 I directed the documentary “In Defence of Sacred Images”, about the Rimini school of painting of the 1300s. I’m currently working on my second feature film.
In 2020 I produced the short film “La Fellinette”, a tribute to Maestro Federico Fellini. It was directed by his niece Francesca Fellini to celebrate the centenary of his birth, premiered at Festa del Cinema di Roma in 2020 and was the winner of the special prize 75 at Nastri D’Argento 2021.
Throughout my career I have directed commercials, music videos and branded content productions for clients such as Yamaha, VR46, TechnoGym, Sky, CMIT-Europe and Newton Compton.
